World Card Making Day

Hello!! Welcome to Day 5 of the  World Card making Day blog hop!!  I am tickled to have you. This is a 5 day blog hop with 10 bloggers daily. Talk about LOTS of inspiration and LOTS of Sponsors!!
As it is World Card Making Day, the bloggers in the hop will be donating their cards to charity. You will also see some celebrity UK crafters join us as well. TOTALLY AWESOME!!!
So.. onto the show.. If you came here from  Debs blog at Debbees CDs  , then you are on the right track. If you want to start from the beginning, please go to Creations By Gill M blog. You won't want to miss any of the awesome cards.

Here are a couple of the cards I made to send. I am donating 10 cards to Kosairs Children's Hospital. They are an AMAZING hospital who have became "family like" to several people I know. I only thought it fitting to send them cards to cheer up some little and big kiddos there. If you have some cards and would like to donate along with me..  I'd be happy to send yours with mine. You can leave them blank for family and nurses and even doctors to write in.. or you can write in them your own message. Either way is fine.

Now, onto my cards...
I hope you like my cards and if you have the time.. make something to donate. Send them or take them anywhere. The important thing is to bring a smile to someone's face.

Thanks for stopping by. Your next stop is A Fist Full of Glitter . Here you will find another fabulous card from Angela.

What's a blog hop without BLOG CANDY???  Today I am in the fall/ Halloween mood so why not a few lil embellies? All you have to do is leave a comment along with a way to contact you if you win and if you so choose, become a follower. ( of course I'd LOVE to have you) This blog candy is open to US residents only. I apologize as postal rates are outrageous. I will announce the winner Oct 10. :)

My poor lil man ...( graphic pics.. not for weak tummies)

Hi ya'll.. Happy to have you.
Well, last night my lil guy had a lil fall which resulted in 3 stitches outside and 2 inside. This is his FIRST trip to the ER. His tooth went right through his bottom lip!!!  He was such a trooper!! He laid still and never even cried when he was getting stitched up!! Daddy told him to stop talking because he was making it bleed and Colton said " I like talking daddy".. This is BIG for him.  I am a REALLY proud mommy.

Colton and Daddy waiting in the ER. He LOVED his bracelet and still hasn't taken it off!!!
The inside of his lip .. which took 2 stitches.. ( DON'T look if you are weak tummied)  This is the LEAST nasty looking pic.
This is the outside.. where the tooth went through..
He did such a good job... he got a popsicle and was even in a good mood playing around with daddy..
Today, his lip is still VERY swollen. He isn't letting it stop him tho. He has been running around playing and I've been right behind him ready to catch him!!!  I am very proud of my lil guy.

Well, we go to his Ped in 6-7 days to get the external stitches removed. Btw.. he LOVES the BLUE stitches!!  He is so big and mommy is soo proud of you bubby!!!

Thank you all for your kind words on Face Book .. I'm sure he will be just fine!!

Imagine: Hopscotch Card

Hello and welcome back. Today I have a card to show you that I made a while back and never blogged it. (actually I have ALOT I haven't showed anyone.. who knew?)  Anyways.. a few crafty friends have been inquiring about the Imagine and I'm always the first to say.... I LOVE MINE!!!  I still do think my favorite feature that it has and the other Cricut machines don't.. the PRINTING feature. I love the papers you can print as well as adding RGB codes. I know as long as I have white paper.. I'll never run out of the same pattern paper!!
I made this card to send to my cousin, who is on a ship somewhere, to send his lil man so he knew his daddy was thinking of him. This is a simple card, but.. what lil 3 year old wouldn't just love it!!
Recipe:
Cricut Imagine Cart: Hopscotch ( cloud back ground paper)
Cricut: B is For Boy ( airplane)
Peachy Keen Stamps: Everyday Character Assortment
Sentiment: 40:31 Creations
Ctmh: Circle Around Stamp ( stitching)

How easy is that!!!  You don't have to print the whole page the same either!! You can select a shape from the preloaded designs on the Imagine and fill the color you want.. then just size it to what you need!!!  Easy peasy!! I hope you will drag out your Imagine and play around as well.
Thanks for stopping by.. come again soon.. ( tomorrow is our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop)

Happy Crafting!!!

Our 6th Wedding Anniversary

Hello ya'll and thanks for visiting. Today is a special day for my hubby and I as we celebrate 6 wonderful years as husband and wife. We have made it through more trials and tribulations than most married couples endure their whole marriage, but.. we have been strong enough to make it through. Our kids were little and so excited about us being together. Here are some pictures of our AWESOME Wedding Day!! (The card I made for hubby at the end)
My BFF, Roger's daughter Tasha, and my lil Candace:
Roger's best man, His sons Roger Dale (oldest) and Tyler, who was Colton's age .
Here are our kids TODAY!!  Candace, Roger Dale, Tyler, and Colton. (Colton wasn't even thought about 6 years ago!!)
And my hubby and I...
Here's to 6 WONDERFUL years with my PRINCE and to many more!!

Those who know my hubby knows how much he loves his cars!! He is currently restoring a '29 Model A and when I saw this stamp from Sarah Pink Cricut I KNEW I had to have it. My hubby loved his card.

Thank you all for visiting and for the wonderful messages you left on my face book.
