Versatile Blogger Award

Hello everyone. I have been busy with projects and last week my kiddos were on Spring Break and I have TOTALLY forgotten about this award that 3 very wonderful bloggers shared with me!! I am SOOO sorry Bunny Freak, Misty, and Coley. Thank you ALL soo much and this really means alot to me. I am blessed to have such great blogger pals like you ladies. I sometimes question whether or not blogging is for me and then I remember people like YOU are actually reading what I say and looking at what I make. I hope something I have done or said has inspired you in some way. If not.. I gotta get on it. :)   Ok.. time to stop my rambling before one of these kind ladies take the award back. hehe...

The requirements to accept this award are:

2. Tell 7 things about yourself: (hmm..this is tough) :

A. I am happily married to my Prince and he makes me feel like his Queen every day.. and I LOVE IT!!!

    B. My hubby and I have 5 kids together. My oldest is 14 and youngest is 3. :) I know.. what was I thinking huh.. lol...  

   C. I enjoy reading when I am not crafting, which.. hasn't been at ALL lately!!  Do blogs count? lol

   D. I have a hard time saying NO to people. My friends say my heart is too big. hmmm.. how can I fix that?? Anyone need half a heart? haha.. 

  E. I'm a TRUE friend to those who know me.

  F. I'm NOT Suzy Homemaker!! I'd rather play with my son than clean. Sorry..he will remember the times we played and NOT that there was a laundry basket with towels in it for a couple days. I am picky about my floors but, that's a whole different story. :) 

  G.  I live in a lil farm house in Kentucky with 1 bathroom!!!! YES!!! If we can do it, so can you!!! hehe..

Another frame

  Hello and welcome back.

Today I want to show you a frame my daughter and I made for her friend's birthday. She had a BLAST making it and even loved it soo much she wanted to keep it when she was done. :) ( Her friend really liked it as well). It went by REALLY fast so this is definitely not a time consuming. The supply list is really short and you are only limited by your creativity. For this project we used:  $1 frame from Michaels ,a piece of paper to fit the frame, flowers, buttons, Cricut cut (Frog), pre-glittered chipboard letters from Michaels as well, Decoupage, Hot Glue, Helmar 450 adhesive, nail file, and Tim Holtz distress ink.  MOST of the items you may have on hand.

So, whatcha think??  Go grab your loved one and make a frame with them!! It was fun and we had quality time together. Something neither of us will forget!!

My lil T-Ball player

  Hi everyone and welcome back to my blog. :)  Welcome to my new followers!! I am LOVING the comments!!  Thank you to  Kristal for hosting the linking party. Scroll down for the links.

 So, my lil man, who is 3, recently started playing "Wiener" league T-Ball. Those of you who have followed my blog know he has Apraxia, so his shyness gets in the way of FUN!! When we heard about our local league having ball for lil guys, we had to try it out. I am a FIRM believer in lil people spending time with those their age. Anyways, we went to practice and he was SUPER shy!! He was hiding behind me and daddy and really didn't want to play. After a bit, he went to the field and LOVES it!! I am soo excited to be a baseball mom. :)  My daughter who is now14, also played T-Ball, but one season was enough for her to NOT want to play. Cheer was her thing. :) So, here are a few pics of my little guy. We are SOOO proud of him and excited for all the fun times ahead for him. 

 Isn't he such a cutie!!! :)

Tracy Weinzapfel Burgos inspired Frame!!

   Hello ya'll and welcome back again!! Are you getting tired of me yet?? Hold on.. Wait.. DON'T answer that!! :)  I first heard of Tracy though a Ustream with Kinderstampo . Kinderstampo is an Educator for HELMAR  and Tracy is the "BOSS LADY". hehe.. I hear she is the BEST boss in the world too. :)  Just sayin...  So, Tracy had a Ustream one night about altering a 3 piece frame ( sorry, I couldn't find the same one, so I had to use ribbon to attach) and decided it would be a GREAT project for my daughter and I. We had a blast making it!! My lil man even put a hand or two into it. Of course, I took pics and because there were SOOO many, I opted for a slideshow. Hope you enjoy it!! IF you want to purchase Helmar glues.. Go HERE  and there is a list of retailers on the LEFT sidebar!!  Now.. gotta figure out how to put the slide show here now. LOL

     YAY!!! It worked!! WOW!!  Anyways, hope you like our project and are able to get CRAFTY with your kids too!! Happy Crafting!!!
