My daughter and her friend crafting away!!!

Hello everyone and welcome back. :) I've not been feeling well so I have nothing to offer you in terms of craftiness, BUT... my daughter and her friend have had it going on. They had a  BLAST!!  

Here are some pics of what they made.  

Haylee(left) and Candace (my daughter) cleaning up a lil project with a file. 

Didn't they do GREAT!!!!  

They also made a Father's Day card and a charm bracelet using Shrinky Dinks!! They went to town with these lil charms!!!  

 BOTH of the cards were "inspired" by cards the girls found in one of my magazines. I apologize for not knowing which ones and am not able to give proper credit. 

So....  What do you think?? How about a couple silly pics?? LOL.. Ssshhh.. my daughter will kill me.. Enjoy..

A Blog Award

Father's Day card to match the mini

Hello everyone!! Welcome back!! Glad to have ya. :)  

So, I hope you saw my mini yesterday for my hubby and well, I had to make a card that matched. :)  I fought with this card for a while. I wanted it to be SIMPLE, MATCH the mini, and... have a MAN touch to it!! I think I captured them all in this card. Hope you like it.

Thankful Thursday DT time!!!

Hello everyone!!!  WELCOME to another Thankful Thursday!! Our DT project this week was to make something for Father's Day that was NOT a card. Well, Jenny really put us to the test with this one. I made a lil mini album for my hubby using one piece of 12 X 12 paper for the base. My friend Glenda, at Paper Crafting Mania posted on our message board a couple videos and WOW..
