Mama loves purple and flowers. While trying to figure out what I was going to make, I decided to make the flower using LBC Rumple Ribbon Sugar Plum and Charles for the leaves. I wanted the card to be elegant, yet shabby chic yet vintage. I bought a heart doily from Ooh Lala Vintage Treasures a couple years ago and have been hoarding it since!! I also used a piece of a vintage napkin I also bought from them. I cut out the purple feather and added it for just a spot of purple on the left. While both are under the main elements of the card, I know they are there and I couldn't be happier giving them to mama!! I made the stick pin with some pearls I bought a couple years ago. I LOVE laces and pearls and no vintage project is complete without them!! I apologize as I don't recall where these laces were purchased from. The base paper is from the DCWV Linens & Lace Stack. The others are all printed from my Silhouette download!! Yep.. All the papers were inked using Tim Holtz Vintage photo and adhered using Helmar 450. The sentiment stamp is from Kinderstampo Vintage Birthday in CTMH Smokey Plum. I must say... this is one of my NEWEST FAVORITE cards and I am excited to give it to a dear friend.
